These Terms & Conditions govern your membership, your use of personal training and other services, and your use of this website at v2fitnesszone.com. They apply at all four V2 Fitness Zone branches: Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, Miyapur and Kompally.
How you accept these terms. Membership and services at V2 Fitness Zone are offered only on these terms. By registering for, paying for, or using a membership, personal training package or any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to all of these terms in full. These terms are standard and non-negotiable; if you do not agree with any part, please do not register or use our services.
V2 Fitness Zone operates premium fitness branches at Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, Miyapur and Kompally, in Hyderabad, Telangana. These terms apply across all branches and to your use of our website, and form your agreement with V2 Fitness Zone.
We do not publish prices on this website. Membership and personal-training fees, inclusions and any offers are confirmed by the branch team when you enquire, and may change without notice. All promotions, discounts and fees are final; once a membership is activated, no further discount applies to it.
Membership fees are payable in full on the day of signing. Personal-training fees are payable in advance; if not paid within 7 days of the invoice date, the package may be cancelled without refund. If a membership fee is not paid in full within 30 days of the start date, the membership may be terminated without refund.
All fees are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes, which you pay at the prevailing rate; a tax invoice is issued. We do not charge late-payment interest. Instead, if any amount is overdue, we may restrict or suspend your access until it is cleared. Dishonoured, bounced, charged-back or reversed payments may attract a reasonable administrative fee, and any amount you owe is payable on demand and recoverable, with reasonable costs, through lawful means.
Your membership period starts from the date of registration at the front desk, not from the date you first work out.
Membership categories may include individual, couple, family, student / junior, corporate, VIP and complimentary day or trial passes. Not all categories are available at all times or all branches. The inclusions, validity and rules of each category are confirmed at the branch and may change. Junior and student memberships apply within the age rules in our Rules & Regulations.
Memberships do not renew automatically and we do not auto-charge any saved payment method. Renewal is manual. A grace period of 3 days applies after expiry, during which you may renew on the existing terms; after that, access ends. If you return later, a reactivation or re-joining fee may apply, confirmed at the branch.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. A transfer may be permitted only at the sole discretion of V2 management, and where allowed, a transfer fee (confirmed at the branch) applies. Monthly memberships cannot be transferred.
Fees, once paid, are non-refundable for change of mind, non-use, relocation, dissatisfaction, suspension or termination for breach, or voluntary cancellation after your membership or package is activated. Joining, processing and admission fees are non-refundable in all cases.
The only exceptions, to the limited extent required by law and at our reasonable discretion, are: cancellation before your first visit or before activation, less any non-refundable joining or processing fee; a pro-rata refund if V2 permanently closes your home branch and cannot offer you a transfer to another branch; and genuine medical grounds that permanently prevent you from training, on production of a doctor’s certificate, where we may offer a freeze or credit before a refund. No other refunds are given.
Memberships generally cannot be paused, frozen or extended. Two exceptions apply: VIP memberships include the limited freeze stated in that plan; and any member may request a freeze for genuine medical reasons on production of a doctor’s certificate, granted at management’s discretion. No other extensions are given, including for travel or non-use.
You may use only the facilities your membership includes, and only after full payment. Entry is allowed once per day, as per your membership type, except VIP memberships, which permit more than one entry per day. Where fingerprint or Face ID access is used, your membership must be paid up to date for access to remain active. Please check in on every visit, and do not let anyone else enter on your access.
Members must wear clean, appropriate workout clothing and closed-toe footwear at all times. Please treat trainers, staff and fellow members with respect. Smoking, tobacco, alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. V2 has zero tolerance for harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment, of any member, visitor or staff member. Any misbehaviour, harassment, violent or abusive language, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate termination of membership without refund, and may be reported to the authorities.
Gym equipment is shared. During peak hours, please limit any cardio machine to a maximum of 30 minutes when others are waiting. V2 provides the equipment best suited to members; you cannot insist on a particular machine, brand or model being made available. Use equipment only as intended, and ask staff if you are unsure.
Only V2-approved trainers may conduct training inside our facilities. Bringing in an outside or external personal trainer is not permitted. Trainers are assigned based on availability; we do not guarantee the same trainer throughout a package, and we may change or reassign trainers at our discretion. If a trainer leaves V2, you will be assigned another trainer of equal level and skill; this is not grounds for termination or refund.
Guests are not permitted unless specifically allowed by V2 under a particular offer, such as a complimentary trial. A complimentary trial is subject to terms and a valid ID, and may be limited or withdrawn by management.
You confirm that you are medically fit to take part in exercise. If you have any medical condition, recent surgery, injury, pregnancy or ongoing treatment, you must disclose it, and you may be required to provide medical clearance or a doctor’s certificate before training. Failure to disclose such conditions is entirely at your own risk.
Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury and, in rare cases, sudden medical events such as heart attack or stroke, or death. You take part in all training, classes, recovery services and use of the premises entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, V2 Fitness Zone, its management, employees and trainers are not liable for any injury, illness, medical event or death occurring on the premises, except to the extent directly caused by V2’s proven negligence or a proven equipment malfunction. In an emergency, you consent to V2 staff arranging first aid or medical assistance on your behalf.
If you cause damage to the premises, equipment or any property, you are responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement. All repairs and replacements are arranged and carried out solely by V2 Fitness Zone, using our own vendors, at our discretion. Members and visitors may not repair, alter, or bring in any outside contractor to work on V2 property under any circumstances. We will invoice you for the cost of any damage you cause.
Please use the lockers provided; they are for day use only. Bring your own lock and clear the locker before you leave. Locks left overnight may be removed. V2 Fitness Zone is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings anywhere on the premises, including items left behind or forgotten, such as water bottles, phones, shakers, clothing or valuables, even where they are later handed in.
For safety and security, our premises are monitored by CCTV. By entering and using the premises, you also consent to being photographed or filmed, and you grant V2 Fitness Zone the right to use such images and video for marketing and promotional purposes across our website, social media and other channels, without further notice or payment. If you would prefer your image not to be used, you can tell us in writing and we will take reasonable steps to honour your request. How we handle this data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Vehicles are driven and parked at the owner’s risk. V2 Fitness Zone is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to vehicles or their contents.
V2 Fitness Zone may temporarily close a facility, or change timings, services, rules or facilities, for maintenance, upgrades, events, or unforeseen circumstances. No refund or extension is given for such temporary closures. We are not responsible for any failure, delay, suspension or closure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including pandemic, lockdown or government order, fire, flood or natural disaster, failure of power, water or internet, strikes or civil unrest, or major equipment breakdown. During such events we may suspend or reschedule services and, where appropriate, offer a freeze or credit rather than a refund.
V2 Fitness Zone may suspend or terminate a membership without refund for any breach of these terms, including non-payment, failure to show proof of membership, providing incorrect or incomplete information (including health details), damaging our property or reputation, disorderly conduct or solicitation, breaking the law, or behaviour that disturbs other members or the running of the club. Depending on the seriousness, we may give a warning, suspend access, or terminate, and for serious breaches we may terminate immediately. In deciding whether a breach has occurred, V2’s decision is final. Voluntary termination by a member does not entitle the member to a refund.
The following apply to personal training (PT) in addition to the terms above:
From time to time V2 may run referral, loyalty or promotional schemes. Where it does, each scheme is governed by its own terms published at the time, and V2 may change or withdraw a scheme at its discretion.
You agree to use this site lawfully, and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or other people’s details through our forms. All content on this site, including text, images, logos and branding, belongs to V2 Fitness Zone or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time. The site is provided on an “as is” basis; we work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free. We rely on third-party services to operate, including third-party payment providers, messaging (such as WhatsApp), maps, analytics and spam protection, and are not responsible for the availability or terms of these platforms or of third-party sites we link to.
We may contact you about your enquiry or membership by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. We send marketing (offers, events and updates) only where you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time. We follow applicable rules on commercial communications, including TRAI / Do-Not-Disturb requirements.
You will indemnify and hold harmless V2 Fitness Zone, its management, employees and trainers against any loss, claim, damage or cost (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms or the Rules, your misuse of the premises or equipment, any injury or damage you cause to another person or to property, or any false or incomplete information you give us. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law; subject to that, V2’s total liability for any matter connected with your membership, services or use of the premises is limited to the total fees you paid to V2 in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and V2 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
No dispute will be entertained without a valid system receipt. If you have a complaint, please raise it first at the branch front desk, then with the Branch Manager, and then with Management through the Contact page or on 9988242222. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and resolve them within a reasonable time.
If any provision of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will continue in full force. V2 may transfer or assign its rights and obligations to another V2 entity or a successor of the business, without your consent, provided your existing rights are not reduced; you may not transfer your agreement except as allowed under Transfers. We may give you notice by message to the mobile number or email you registered, by notice at the branch, or on our website. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. Your agreement, together with these terms, the Rules & Regulations, the Privacy Policy and the Fitness Result Disclaimer, is the entire agreement between you and V2 and replaces any verbal promise. Acceptance given electronically, by ticking a box or by completing a payment, is valid and binding under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version, with its effective date, is always on our website, and continuing to use our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before commencing any formal proceedings, you and V2 agree to first attempt, in good faith, to resolve any dispute through V2’s grievance process within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana will have exclusive jurisdiction.
