Yes. Miyapur has the full recovery suite: ice bath, jacuzzi, dry sauna, red-light cabin, cupping and Normatec compression boots. Around 300 sq ft, fifteen steps from the main gym floor.
Yes. Zumba, Yoga, Pilates and CrossFit run in a dedicated studio with premium sound and a full weekly timetable. Included with Signature and VIP memberships, single passes available for Daylight members.
Monday to Saturday 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The branch sits in a building with secured parking, so peak hours are easy to handle.
