How your PT tracks your transformation
Every V2 personal trainer carries a tablet on the floor. Sets, reps, weights, tempo cues, effort notes, all logged against your InBody baseline. Progress is written down, not remembered.
Your trainer records the workout as you do it, so nothing is guessed at the end. You see the numbers before you leave the floor.
Next session is written from the tablet, not from memory. Load, volume and rest are adjusted to what your body actually did last time.
