This Privacy Policy explains how V2 Fitness Zone (“V2”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information. It covers our website (v2fitnesszone.com) and the information we handle at our four branches: Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, Miyapur and Kompally. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (together, “DPDP law”).
Who is responsible for your data. Under DPDP law we are the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal. V2 Fitness Zone is responsible for the personal data you share with us through our website and at our branches, and decides how it is used.
From the website: when you submit an enquiry, contact or careers form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, preferred branch, fitness goal and any message, and for job applications your role of interest and CV if you attach one.
At our branches: when you take a trial or become a member, we collect your name and contact details, address, date of birth, a copy of a government ID, an emergency contact, the health and medical information you disclose, your photograph, biometric data (fingerprint and Face ID) used for entry and attendance where that system is in place, attendance and training records, and payment information. Our premises are also monitored by CCTV.
From your device: we collect limited technical information automatically (approximate location, device and browser type, and how you use the site) through cookies and analytics, described below.
When we collect your personal data, we give you a clear notice of what we collect, the purposes, the consent you are giving, how to withdraw it, how to exercise your rights, and how to complain to us and to the Data Protection Board of India. We process your data on the basis of your consent and, where applicable, the legitimate uses permitted under DPDP law (for example, to provide a service you have asked for).
We use your information to respond to enquiries and arrange visits, set up and manage your membership and training, control access to the premises, keep attendance and progress records, process payments, keep our members and premises safe and secure, handle job applications, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve our services and website. With your consent, we also send offers, updates and fitness-related communications.
Health information and biometric data (fingerprint and facial-recognition / Face ID data) are sensitive, and we treat them with extra care. We collect health details so we can keep you safe while training, and we use biometric data, where that system is in place, only to control entry and record attendance. We process this information on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw; without the information we need, we may not be able to offer certain services or access. Where available, we offer an alternative check-in method if you do not wish to use biometrics.
For the safety and security of members, staff and property, our premises are monitored by CCTV. Footage is kept for around 60 days and then deleted in the normal course, unless it needs to be retained for an investigation, a legal requirement or a dispute.
We may take photographs and videos in our facilities and use them to promote V2 across our website, social media and other channels. By entering and using the premises you consent to this, as set out in our Terms & Conditions. If you would prefer your image not to be used, tell us in writing and we will take reasonable steps to honour your request.
We may contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email. We only send marketing (offers, events and updates) where you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time by telling our team or using the unsubscribe option in our messages. We follow applicable rules on commercial communications, including TRAI / Do-Not-Disturb requirements.
We use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them through our cookie banner. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated spam.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the V2 team and the relevant branch so they can help you, and with trusted service providers (Data Processors) who process data on our behalf under contract, including trusted third-party payment providers and the providers that run our website, analytics, spam protection, messaging and hosting (such as Google and Cloudflare, and our messaging and hosting providers). We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, members or staff.
Some of our service providers may store or process data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to protect your data, and such transfers are made only as permitted under DPDP law (which allows transfer except to countries the Government may restrict).
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose, or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it:
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the details you share with us, and we limit access to those who need it.
If a personal-data breach occurs, we will take steps to contain it and, as required under DPDP law, notify the affected Data Principals and the Data Protection Board of India within the prescribed timelines, with the information the law requires.
As a Data Principal, subject to our legal and contractual obligations, you may ask us to:
Under DPDP law, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, not to impersonate anyone, and not to file a false or frivolous complaint or grievance.
For data-protection purposes a child is a person under 18. We do not knowingly collect a child’s personal data without verifiable parental or guardian consent, and we do not track children or direct targeted advertising at them. Where minors train with us under our Rules, a parent or guardian provides consent and the necessary information on their behalf. Please note the separate age points: 18 is the age for data consent, while 14 is the minimum age for main-floor access under our Rules & Regulations.
For any privacy question, request or complaint, contact our Grievance Officer via the Contact page on our website or by calling 9988242222. We publish a dedicated grievance email address inside the branch and in your welcome pack, kept off the public site to protect it from spam. We will acknowledge your request promptly and respond within the time required by law (within 90 days for grievances). If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.
We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version, with its effective date, will always appear on our website.
Grievance and privacy contact: write to us at or reach any branch via the Contact page.
