V2 Fitness Zone is committed to helping you train well and work towards your goals. This disclaimer explains what you can and cannot expect from training, recovery and the guidance we provide. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Fitness, weight, body-composition and health results differ widely from person to person. They depend on factors including your starting point, effort, consistency, nutrition, sleep, genetics, age and medical history. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific result or timeframe, and no outcome should be assumed to be typical.
Any transformations, before-and-after examples or member stories we share are individual experiences, shared with the member’s permission, and are not paid endorsements. Images may be cropped or adjusted for clarity or presentation but are not altered to misrepresent results. These stories reflect those individuals’ results and are not a promise of the results you will achieve.
Information from V2, including from trainers, classes, recovery services, body-composition scans and any nutrition or meal guidance, is for general fitness purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or the advice of a qualified doctor, nutritionist or physiotherapist. Nothing we provide creates a doctor-patient, physiotherapist-patient or dietitian-patient relationship.
Any diet plan, macro target or nutrition guidance at V2 is general fitness guidance, not medical nutrition therapy and not a prescription. Detailed diet plans are provided only by a certified nutritionist where that service is offered; general tips from trainers are not a substitute for professional dietary or medical advice. Any supplements are taken at your own risk; please consult a qualified professional before using them.
Body-composition and InBody-style scans give an estimate to help you track progress. They are general fitness measurements, not a medical diagnosis, and readings can vary with hydration, food, activity and other factors. Heart-rate, calorie and similar readings from wearables or machines are estimates and may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for medical decisions.
Recovery facilities (such as the ice bath, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and similar) carry their own cautions. Do not use them, without first consulting your doctor, if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, asthma, or another relevant medical condition. Use these facilities under staff guidance, follow the posted instructions and time limits, and never use them alone.
Group classes vary in intensity and pace. You choose the classes you join and are responsible for working within your own ability and for stopping if you feel unwell. The assumption of risk in our Terms & Conditions applies to all classes.
Anything we share on our website or social media, including workouts, tips and recipes, is general information, not advice tailored to any individual. Always apply your own judgement and seek professional advice where needed.
Please consult a qualified doctor before starting any new exercise, recovery or nutrition programme, especially if you have a medical condition or injury, or are pregnant. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell while training, and never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you have read on our website.
You take part in training, classes and recovery services at your own risk. Exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury and, in rare cases, sudden medical events. You are responsible for training safely, disclosing relevant health conditions, and following staff guidance.
