These rules keep every V2 Fitness Zone branch safe, hygienic and premium for all members. They apply at all four branches: Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, Miyapur and Kompally, and sit alongside our Terms & Conditions. By using any V2 Fitness Zone branch you agree to follow them.
Wear clean, appropriate gym clothing, closed-toe sports shoes and socks. Outdoor footwear, jeans, heels, flip-flops and bare feet are not allowed on the training floor. Please use the changing rooms to change; the gym floor is not a changing area.
Carry a towel to keep yourself and the equipment dry. Wipe down cardio machines and benches after use with the cleaning solutions provided, so the next member finds them clean.
Re-rack your weights and return plates, bars and clips to their place after use. Do not drop or throw weights; our bumper plates and platforms are built to protect the floor, not for slamming. Any misuse that damages equipment is taken seriously. Personal equipment, such as bands, belts and lifting gear, is used at your own risk and must not damage our floors or equipment.
Equipment is shared. Please allow others to work in, and during busy hours limit cardio machines to 30 minutes when members are waiting. Be mindful of other members’ space and time.
Your safety comes first. If you are unsure how to use a machine or perform an exercise, ask a trainer before you start. Train within your ability and follow staff guidance at all times.
If you have a medical condition or injury, are recovering from surgery, or are pregnant, consult your doctor before training and let our team know. We may ask for medical clearance. Exercise carries inherent risks; you train at your own risk, as set out in our Terms & Conditions and Fitness Result Disclaimer.
Recovery facilities (such as the ice bath, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) and the group-class studios have their own usage guidelines and, where needed, must be used under staff guidance. Follow the posted instructions and time limits, and never use these facilities alone. If you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, asthma, are pregnant, or have any other relevant ailment, do not use the steam, sauna, ice bath or similar facilities without medical advice.
Access is subject to an active, paid-up membership and the branch’s operating hours, which may change. Please check in on every visit, and carry your membership proof if asked. Entry is allowed once per day, as per your membership type, except VIP memberships. Do not let anyone else enter on your access, and do not hold doors or turnstiles open for others; one check-in is for one person. If you lose an access card or band, report it immediately; a replacement may be issued for a fee.
Lockers are for day use only; bring your own lock and clear it before you leave. V2 Fitness Zone is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings anywhere on the premises, including items left behind or forgotten, such as water bottles, phones, shakers, clothing or valuables, even where they are later handed in. Locks or items left for more than 30 days may be removed and donated or disposed of, without liability. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
Please do not photograph or film other members or staff without their consent. Photography and filming are strictly prohibited at all times in the changing rooms, washrooms and recovery wet areas, with no exceptions. Our premises are monitored by CCTV for safety and security, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please consume food only in the café or designated areas, not on the training floor. Outside food may be restricted; spill-proof water and shakers are fine. Any supplements you take are your own responsibility and are taken at your own risk.
The premises are for training. Selling, soliciting, promoting other businesses, recruiting, multi-level marketing and distributing flyers are not allowed without written permission from management.
Please keep calls brief and use headphones. No speakerphone calls or loud video on the training floor, out of respect for other members.
Behave maturely and respectfully. Aggressive or annoying behaviour (shouting, abusive or foul language, indecent conduct, or viewing or playing offensive content) is not tolerated and may lead to suspension or termination of membership without refund. V2 has zero tolerance for harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment, of members, visitors or staff; report any concern to staff or Management and we will act on it. Our staff and trainers are in charge of the floor; please respect them and follow their advice. Smoking, tobacco, alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Weapons, illegal substances, hazardous materials and pets are not permitted on the premises. Assistance animals are allowed as required by law. V2 may refuse entry to anyone carrying prohibited items.
In a fire, evacuation, medical or other emergency, follow staff instructions and the marked exits immediately. Do not obstruct emergency equipment or exits.
For safety, children under 14 are not permitted on the main training floor. Members aged 14 to 17 may train only with a parent or guardian’s consent and under trainer guidance. Junior memberships apply within these limits. Members aged 18 and over have full access.
Any damage you cause to the facility or equipment must be paid for in full. All repairs are arranged and carried out only by V2 Fitness Zone, using our own vendors; members may not arrange or bring in outside contractors to work on V2 property under any circumstances.
Depending on the seriousness, we may give a warning, suspend access, or terminate membership without refund. For serious breaches, including harassment, violence, theft, damage or breaking the law, we may terminate immediately and involve the authorities. In deciding whether a breach has occurred, V2’s decision is final, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
V2 may update these rules, branch timings or facilities as needed for member safety and comfort. The current version always appears on our website. For any question, use the Contact page or WhatsApp your nearest branch.
