At V2 you get both. We run full reformer Pilates on dedicated machines and mat Pilates across all four Hyderabad branches, Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, Miyapur and Kompally, every session led by a certified physiotherapist. Build deep core strength, fix your posture and move better, then walk fifteen steps to the recovery zone. One membership, one roof.
Two ways to train
Spring-loaded resistance on a dedicated machine. It builds deep core strength, control and full-body stability with almost no impact on your joints, the format studios charge a premium for, included in your V2 membership.
Bodyweight Pilates on the mat. The foundations, breathing, alignment and core control, that make everything else work better, from the reformer to your heaviest day on the gym floor.

Both. V2 runs full reformer Pilates on dedicated machines and mat Pilates at every branch, so you can start on the mat and progress to the reformer, or train across both.
Our Pilates is led by a certified physiotherapist. Your form is coached properly from the first session, that is the difference between Pilates that builds real control and Pilates that just fills an hour.

Yes. Sessions are scaled to your level, and because they are physio-led you are guided through the fundamentals safely before you progress to harder work.
